Creole Baked Tilapia
4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 small green pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
Place tilapia in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and Creole seasoning; pour over the fillets. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
